Buyers work through one point of contact to check availability, receive an actual-fish video, obtain a quote and agree the terms for the specific order.

From Buyer Enquiry to a Video of the Offered Fish
- Tell us what you need. Send the line, size, sex, quantity and destination country.
- We check current availability. The farm team checks the fish available at that time.
- We net and film the fish. When suitable fish are available, the team films the actual fish so the buyer can review their visible appearance and behaviour.
- We quote and agree the terms. The quote is per fish and tied to the fish, quantity and conditions offered for that order.
What Buyers Can Check Before Deciding
Representative line images help identify the phenotype, but they do not replace video of the fish being offered. When suitable fish are available, VIET MOLLY films the actual fish on request before quoting.
Before packing, the farm team checks visible appearance and behaviour and removes unsuitable fish from the lot. Any additional selection or checking criteria must be agreed separately for the specific order.
A Clear Arrival and DOA Policy
Always record one continuous video before opening the box. If fish are dead or visibly injured inside still-sealed bags when the box is opened, the video must show the unopened box, its seals, every unopened bag and the number of affected fish. Contact VIET MOLLY as soon as the shipment arrives, within the reporting window agreed when the order was confirmed.
Once the evidence is verified, the buyer may choose a refund for the value of the eligible fish or credit for that same amount toward the next order. Only eligible fish are covered, not the full order. Replacement fish may be arranged when suitable and discussed case by case. Coverage does not apply without the required continuous video, after the agreed reporting window, or when fish weaken or die after a bag is opened, during acclimation or after release into the buyer's own tanks or ponds.
